• You can apply all types of thermal treatment and surface protection on castings
• In the process of crystalization you can control physical and metallurgical parameters which have effect on microstructure in relationship to mechanical characterystics of castings
• In a very short time we can provide tools for producing vax models which enables fast and efficient production of trial and zero serieses
• We can make 1 mm thick castings in weight range between 0,3 do 1.200 gr/piece (per special orders and depending on castings configuration it can go up to 2200 gr)
• Castings produced using this technology need only minimal machine processing – achieving casting tolerances defined by VDG P 690 D2
• We implement castings production control and castings quality control according to quality certificate „TÜV certifikat ISO 9001-2000“
• We control castings quality and castings production process. We have TÜV certificate ISO 9001-2000 quality system for our products
